Registrations & certificates
Vyoora Jewels India Pvt. Ltd. holds the registrations required to sell gold in India. Original certificates can be inspected at our registered office, and copies are available to customers and business partners on request.
Incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
Every sale is billed on a GST-compliant tax invoice with gold value, making charges and tax shown separately.
Used for income-tax compliance, including the reporting of high-value transactions as required by law.
Registered jeweller under the Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery and Gold Artefacts Order, 2020. Every piece carries a unique 6-digit HUID.
Our processes for sourcing, quality control and customer service are independently audited against an international quality standard.
Gold held on behalf of customers is stored in insured, access-controlled vaults with documented custody.
Hallmarking
We sell gold jewellery only after it has been assayed and hallmarked at a BIS-recognised Assaying & Hallmarking Centre, as required by the Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery and Gold Artefacts Order, 2020.
How we comply
Every sale, exchange and buyback is recorded on a GST-compliant invoice or purchase voucher showing weight, purity, rate and charges.
PAN and identity checks for high-value transactions and customer due diligence under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002.
We do not accept cash of ₹2 lakh or more for a single transaction, in line with the Income-tax law.
Clear product information, fair returns and a named grievance officer, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Personal data handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with security safeguards and respect for your rights.
Customer gold held by us is stored in insured, access-controlled vaults and reconciled regularly.
