About the company

What does Vyoora Jewels do?

Vyoora Jewels India Pvt. Ltd. sells physical gold — BIS hallmarked gold jewellery and 24 KT gold coins and bars — through our showroom and, soon, our online store at shop.vyoorajewels.com. We are also building a digital gold platform that will let customers buy and hold gold in small amounts.

Is Vyoora Jewels a registered company?

Yes. Vyoora Jewels India Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Our CIN, GSTIN, PAN, BIS hallmarking registration and other certificates are listed on our Certifications & Compliance page.

Where is your office?

Our registered office is at Unique Pearl, F/N-1D, 1st Floor, Noapara, Hatiara, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700157, India. Please contact us before visiting so that we can make sure the right team member is available for you.

Purity & hallmarking

Is your gold jewellery hallmarked?

Yes. Every piece of gold jewellery we sell is hallmarked at a BIS-recognised Assaying & Hallmarking Centre and carries the three-part BIS hallmark: the BIS mark, the purity grade (for example 22K916) and a unique 6-digit alphanumeric HUID.

How can I verify the HUID on my jewellery?

Install the official BIS CARE app, choose “Verify HUID” and enter the 6-digit code engraved on your piece. The app shows the jeweller’s registration, the purity and the type of article, so you can confirm it independently.

What purity are your gold coins and bars?

Our gold coins and bars are 24 KT, 999 fineness. Each comes in tamper-evident packaging with a certificate stating its weight and purity. Please do not open the sealed pack if you may want to sell it back to us later.

Pricing, payments & KYC

How is the price of gold jewellery calculated?

Price = gold value (net gold weight × the day’s rate for that purity) + making charges + stone or other charges, if any + GST at the applicable rate. We show each part separately on your invoice, so there are no hidden costs.

Why does the gold rate change every day?

Gold rates follow international bullion prices, the rupee–dollar exchange rate and domestic duties, so they can change daily or even during the day. You pay the rate that applies when your order is confirmed or billed.

Do I need to give my PAN or KYC documents?

Under Indian law, PAN is required for purchases of jewellery or bullion above ₹2 lakh, and we may ask for identity documents for other transactions under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002. We do not accept cash payments of ₹2 lakh or more. Please see our KYC & AML Policy.

Orders, delivery & returns

Do you deliver across India?

When our online store is live, orders will be shipped fully insured in tamper-evident packaging, with OTP-verified delivery to serviceable PIN codes across India. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can I return my purchase?

Gold jewellery bought online can be returned within the period in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy if it is unused and in its original condition. Because their price follows the market, gold coins and bars cannot be returned once delivered, except for damage in transit or a wrong item.

Buyback & exchange

Do you buy back or exchange gold?

Yes. We buy back and exchange gold jewellery, coins and bars bought from us, and also accept other hallmarked gold, at the day’s rate after purity testing. See our Buyback & Exchange Policy for valuation and deductions.

What do I need to bring for a buyback?

The item, your original invoice (if bought from us), a valid photo ID and your PAN where required by law. For coins and bars, keep the original sealed packaging and certificate.

Digital gold

When will the digital gold platform launch?

We are building it now and will announce the launch on this website. You can register for early access and we will let you know when it opens.

Is digital gold regulated?

Digital gold products in India are currently not regulated by SEBI or the RBI. Before launch, we will publish full terms, custody arrangements and risk disclosures for our platform. Please read them carefully before you buy.
